A healthy, vegan-friendly breakfast that mimics scrambled eggs โ€” made from crumbled tofu and seasoned to perfection. Packed with protein, low in cholesterol, and ready in minutes!


๐Ÿฝ Ingredients (Serves 1โ€“2):

  • ยฝ block firm or extra-firm tofu (about 150g), drained and crumbled
  • 1 tsp olive oil or water (for sautรฉing)
  • ยผ tsp turmeric (for color & anti-inflammatory benefits)
  • ยผ tsp nutritional yeast (optional โ€“ adds an “eggy” flavor)
  • ยผ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic

1. Crumble the Tofu
