🍽 Ingredients (Serves 1):
- ½ cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
- ½ cup yogurt (optional, for creamier texture)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness and nutrition)
- 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh fruit, nuts, or spices for topping (e.g., banana slices, berries, cinnamon, nut butter)
🍳 Instructions:
1. Mix the Base
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt (if using), chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla.
