A healthy, no-cook breakfast idea that’s easy to prep, customizable, and perfect for busy mornings!


🍽 Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • ½ cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional, for creamier texture)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness and nutrition)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh fruit, nuts, or spices for topping (e.g., banana slices, berries, cinnamon, nut butter)

🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix the Base

  • In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt (if using), chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Stir well to make sure everything is combined.

2. Refrigerate Overnight

  • Cover the jar or bowl and place it in the fridge.
  • Let it sit for at least 4 hours , but preferably overnight (8 hours).
