A quick, flavorful, and juicy one-pan chicken dish thatβs perfect for a fast weeknight dinner. Sear tender chicken breasts in a garlic butter sauce and serve it with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.

π½ Ingredients (Serves 4):
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or rosemary) β optional
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, if needed to prevent sticking)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish β optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving β optional)

- Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. - Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet (cast iron works great), melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to help prevent burning (optional).
Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for about 5β6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should be 165Β°F / 75Β°C).
