  • 2–3 tablespoons pasta cooking water (to loosen the sauce)

🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta

  • In a large skillet or wide pan, bring about 4 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 2–3 tablespoons of the starchy pasta water before draining.

  • In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
