A simple, healthy, and delicious breakfast or snack that takes just a few minutes to make. Creamy avocado meets juicy cherry tomatoes on crispy toast — a perfect flavor combo!

  • 1 slice of whole-grain or sourdough bread
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh basil, or feta cheese

🍳 Instructions:

1. Toast the Bread

  • Place the bread slice in a toaster or on a pan and toast until golden and crisp.

2. Mash the Avocado

  • While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Mash it in a small bowl with a fork. Add a squeeze of lemon juice (optional), salt, and pepper.

3. Top with Cherry Tomatoes
